All purchases are not refundable but exchangeable.
Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods for exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be new and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not open before.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You only allow to exchange for new item with higher (balance need to be top up) or same price as your current item. There will not be any refund for any balance amount for any exchange.
If you need to made an exchange, please send us an email at email@example.com for an appointment. Please do not visit our office or warehouse directly without an appointment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchange.
Shipping (if applicable)
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will also be your responsibility.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for any lost item.
All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval.
